いろいろな配合、製法によっていろいろ違う食感・風味・組み合わせの違うクッキーができました。ぜひおためしください。クッキーってほんまおもしろいです。
おいもちゃん オペラ
紫いもを練りこんでみました。
ピーカンナッツクッキー ニューザッハ
ほんのり薫るメープルシュガーとピーカンナッツ。フレッシュバターの風味がマッチ。
アーモンドクッキー まっちゃケーキ
粉の半分に強力粉を入れてみました。ガチッとする食感を生み出しています。
デビル マジック
サック・サクのクッキー。ココア風味とアーモンドがベストマッチ。再度のお砂糖もアクセント。
カラスムギクッキー ミルフィーユ
カラスムギを練りこみました。ねっちょりした食感が、またちょっと違った食感になりました。
白ゴマクッキー プレミアムチーズケーキ
白ゴマ風味とねっちょりした食感が合ってます。
チョコクッキー
これまたおもしろい微妙に違うこの食感。チョコとフレッシュバターが鼻腔をつきぬけます。
黒糖クッキー
黒糖の風味と、スペインのお菓子ポロポネーゼに近いこの配合が生み出すこの食感。これまたよく合っております。
米粉クッキー
日本の米粉を使いました。一口食べてなるほどと思うこの食感。米粉とベストマッチをしております。
きなこクッキー
黒糖和心のきなこ版です。
ゴマチーズ
しお味のゴマチーズクッキー。カスカスの食感にゴマとクリームチーズの風味がベストマッチ！
マカダミアナッツ
アーモンドペーストとオレンジペーストを練りこみました。マカダミアナッツとフレッシュバターの香りとともにいい感じです。
サクラ
日本人の和心さくらを表現しました。一口食べればさくらです。どこかなつかしいテイスト。
チーズクッキー
粉末エダムチーズをふんだんに練りこみました。チーズの何ともいえない香りがプンプン！！かくし味のアクセントにカイエンペッパーを入れ、ピリカラ風にしました。
